IBM Watson Media's Video Live Streaming

The scalability is an issue for us. We had to upgrade our subscription as we kept hitting our streaming limits. It's not clear when we signed up that these limitations are in play. Would prefer to have this lifted and disc space be the prevailing cost.

We have used closed captioning. Did know it was available.

Likelihood to Recommend

You can get the same service with Youtube for free. Editing video is tedious and time consuming.
Sound quality could be improved. The service is mostly plug and play. When data limits are reached streaming shuts off. Users need basic understanding of editing. Could use more tutorials. Changing text is not intuitive. Menus options could be clearer.
