Overall Satisfaction with IBM watsonx.ai

It allows for adding the AI fuctionalities to the standard processes. LLM models with RAG is used for customer support, answering questions, law and instruction information, querying for some crucial process data or organization information. RAG models with documents can be maintained by the customer or team responsible for some business case or sector. AI services allows for great flexibility.
