Over time, from constant interaction and ML, it becomes a virtual assistant to answer any hard inquiry for users. It responds to multilingual requests via NLU. I chose to use IBM watsonx Assistant because of its adaptability, scalability, flexibility, advanced natural language comprehension and ability to integrate into numerous platforms. It has helped me to build a natural process that lets people speak in any language and be understood for context.
