Use Cases and Deployment Scope

IBM watsonx Assistant is my go-to platform for my code creation support. This tool is really helpful in my project development work, my code creation time has decreased, and the quality/structure has increased immensely. I often use prompts to get the basic code and customise it according to the project requirement. There are various features that are helpful in IBM watsonx Assistant:
- Ability to switch foundational models
- Sample prompts to help with code generation
- Auto save and history feature to save the work

Pros and Cons

Pros

Sample prompts feature is very helpful in creating your own customised prompts
Flexibility in switching the foundational models with few clicks
Detailed history section to save/restore your work with checkpoints

Cons

There are no drawbacks as of now, but they can give more options to customise
My suggestion would be to work on UI of the platform
All in all the platform is great but it sometimes lag in code generation

Increased efficiency in coding which led to increased productivity and saving ~100 hrs/month for my team

IBM watsonx Assistant is best suited for software developers that are indulged in coding and hardcore development, the platform is really handy and saves lot of time which in turn gives more ideas for experimentation. I think this platform is not productive for the users that are in support roles.
