IBM watsonx Assistant is our main tool for creating chatbots and virtual agent for our clients as well as for our own company. Additionally, we provide various web and mobile interfaces for variety of sectors. Since our customers also want their chatbots to be incorporated into their mobile applications. Since our support worker might not always be accessible, we developed a chatbot to answer querie from users or leads and provide documentation when necessary. This helps us save a significant amount of support hours. For our own use case, we offer 24/7 support to our users.

- Improved data flow between platforms and api exposure is good
The AI can be quite helpful in certain situations, such as when a consumer asks a general query or one of the commonly requested questions. However, manual support is required when a more detailed query is posed.
Only because we have been utilizing other IBM products and have faith in the company, did we decide to adopt IBM watsonx Assistant.
