Overall Satisfaction with IBM watsonx Orchestrate
Intelligent document processing with workflows. IBM watsonx Orchestrate, a long with Data cap, converted the paper-based processes into electronic an secure flows. Instead of going to filing cabinets for document retrieval, searches and updates, they guys use DataCap ingest the paper to PDFs . The IBM watsonx Orchestrate tool then takes the PDFs and makes it easier for the team to search for specific information very quickly. Also, something as simple as sharing files for a disciplinary meeting is much easier now and I can get everyone on the same board .The system is very good and has made the team far more productive.

- What would normally take hours or days now takes minutes and what would normally take minutes now takes seconds
- The team is less frustrated when doing tasks such as searching and retrieving information, sharing and moving documents to different people for approval
- The team would sometimes lose paper documents but zero documents have been lost since the team switched to IBM watsonx Orchestrate
Intelligent document processing
process requests for information in minutes. People were told to come back next day if they needed information from paper files. Now, that information is provided to them in minutes via email. No more paper copies are made of these document since a PDF is sent to the requesters.
The other solution provides far more capabilities but at a much higher price and far more complexity. The IBM watsonx Orchestrate tool is less expensive (about 25% of the other solution) while being good enough for what we needed and being easy to use.
