Overall Satisfaction with IBM watsonx Orchestrate

Use case is in IT Operations space - service desk triage and automation. From the business perspective its about the consistent process execution, decreasing time needed to handle ticket, allowing the human in the loop control, securing knwoledge retention.

Perfect balance of low code and pro code. Balance between agents approach and descriptive aporoach. Different connectors.
Ability to bemefit from low code and pro code approach in the same tool. Easier integration with existing tools ecosystem.
Both tools are part of the same ecosystem (watsonx)
