Overall Satisfaction with IBM watsonx Orchestrate

We are trying to automated the email notifications for errors for sterling integrator based flows so that 24 x 7 eyes on the glass team doesn't miss or delay any critical alerts and avoid any business impact

It can use AI skills (document understanding) to extract structured data from attachments (PDF, DOCX).

You can build a low-code skill to integrate with Teams, sharepoint etc. .The follow-up email can be auto-generated with relevant data filled in using AI. Lead Capture from Inbound Emails: IBM watsonx Orchestrate can use Watson NLP to extract named entities (like name, issue type, partner type , doc type.

Intent classification can guide workflow on urgency and business impact. It integrates with MS Outlook.
