Overall Satisfaction with IBM watsonx Orchestrate

We use it to automate mundane processes . Currently we are trying to use to monitor support email mailboxes and to get metrics like how many emails were received and how many were responded vs no responded

IBM watsonx Orchestrate helps you build powerful integration which is very flexible and can be integrated with other enterprise products and software . Currently we are trying to build an integration which would help us monitor support email distribution list and also identify an critical business email which might have been missed .
We could not automatically monitor the email distribution lists in the past and we have been monitoring the mailboxes manually which always have been very cumbersome effort and often critical email gets missed but now with IBM watsonx Orchestrate , we are trying to build the automation which would help us solve these challenges
We already have great IBM relationship so we went with IBM watsonx Orchestrate
