We use Q-Pulse (now IQM) to allow all of our staff to report, anonymously if preferred, any non-conformance that they see or experience within our business. This allows us to operate a Just Culture.
By using dynamic licenses, it allows every employee to have access, raise any issues, track their own non-conformance progress, and contribute to the continuing success of our company.

- The intended workflow is quite rigid
- In my opinion, the training academy is aimed at mobile app users, not desktop users
- Within the CA/PA module, you can only select one option for the CA/PA Read function in my experience.
