Overall Satisfaction with Ideagen Quality Management

We use Q-Pulse (now IQM) to allow all of our staff to report, anonymously if preferred, any non-conformance that they see or experience within our business. This allows us to operate a Just Culture.
By using dynamic licenses, it allows every employee to have access, raise any issues, track their own non-conformance progress, and contribute to the continuing success of our company.
  • ease of access to users
  • the use of wizards to make raising non-conformances very straightforward
  • Good support form our customer success manager
  • Great support from our trainer
  • ease of installation on our staff's devices
  • The intended workflow is quite rigid
  • In my opinion, the training academy is aimed at mobile app users, not desktop users
  • Within the CA/PA module, you can only select one option for the CA/PA Read function in my experience.
  • Ease of use
  • Dynamic permissions and licenses
  • Customisable lists and stages
  • Ease of installation
  • By allowing all employees to record/report non-conformances, it has reinforced our open and Just Culture.
  • It makes our staff feel that they can be heard, even if they choose to remain anonymous
  • Within the first 5 months we have seen a 20% adoption rate across 2 of our UK sites

Do you think Ideagen Quality Management delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Ideagen Quality Management's feature set?

Yes

Did Ideagen Quality Management live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Ideagen Quality Management go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Ideagen Quality Management again?

Yes

Compared to another product, having company wide user access is brilliant. Our previous product had fixed/named license holders which severely limited it's usability. The Ideagen Quality Management academy training material is not great in my opinion, and, in our instance, is not suitable for distribution to our users. This has required us (me) to develop our own training material.
