  • Task Management. Uses workload in list with clickable links.
  • Document Control. Searching for documents and viewing associated properties.
  • Easy to use.
  • Cloud based so no onsite infrastructure other than the client.
Cons
  • Not fully browser based system as required a desktop client for most features.
  • Training module is inadeqaute. Luckily we have highly skilled in house personnel.

  • updating automatically the new staff lists ( when a new license is created) -you have to do it manually at the moment which is time consuming
  • easy reports creation - quite difficult to create a report for meetings or gather data
  • when printing a specific report and trying to add more on the list for the service due assets it is not updating when selecting columns ( service due, supplier, etc)

  • The software rarely crashes.
  • Very easy to use and navigate.
  • Software package designed for all ages (16+)
  • The customisability of the software to suit individual needs.
  • All the modules and their uses is the reason why this software package is so great.
Cons
  • The initial Ideagen Quality Management (Q-Pulse) training can be improved by adding more video tutorials instead of interactive ones in my opinion.
  • I am currently not aware of a person who can be contacted for Ideagen Quality Management (Q-Pulse) related problem from Ideagen Quality Management (this information might be with other higher grades of staff).
  • Sometimes the software can be slow in running reports (depends on the amount of data I need)
  • A small session log out time for all the users in my department.
  • I would like to see specific accounts have different allowances/powers such as increased session log out times
  • I would like to see multiple owners assigned to actions, assets etc.
