Overall Satisfaction with Ideagen Quality Management
We use Ideagen Quality Management for document control, training, asset maintenance management and training people. it is very well integrated though out all levels of the business, giving each person and individual task / workload package. As an administrator it is very easy to analyse outstanding actions, progress and trends in our quality management system
Pros
- Integrates with many different department / functions
- Document control and history of changes if very clear
- Provides an individual workload of tasks specific to each user
Cons
- Auto modify reference footers on documents when updated
- When training criteria is updated be able to mark users as out of date competency
- Provide more levels of routine maintenance to highlight critical tasks
- We have seen quality management taken seriously in more departments
- Hard to confirm ROI but our own Quality processes have improved with having Ideagen Quality Management as our management software
