Overall Satisfaction with Ideagen Quality Management
We are a medical device company have been using Q-Pulse for 6 months now for document control, SOP'S ,incident reporting, regulatory compliance, Supplier Approval, Task Management and many other things. The main question we have now, is why didn't we implement it sooner. The difference from the previous paper based system is vast.
Seemingly simple but resource heavy tasks like gaining approval for a document have been transformed into an almost fully automated action.

Pros
- Task Management. Uses workload in list with clickable links.
- Document Control. Searching for documents and viewing associated properties.
- Easy to use.
- Cloud based so no onsite infrastructure other than the client.
Cons
- Not fully browser based system as required a desktop client for most features.
- Training module is inadeqaute. Luckily we have highly skilled in house personnel.
- It is too soon to measure the full impact at this point but if I were to guess, I would say it would be positive considering the price is similar to a low paid quality assistant.
