Overall Satisfaction with ignio AIOps

ignio AIOps is being used in our organization to streamline the IT Operations area. It is being used within the entire area to provide process improvements. This is allowing us to address any areas with high ticket volumes or long duration cycles. ignio is used for: event management, automations, self-healing, managing end-user devices, and health checks on servers.
  • Ignio is allowing us to centralize our Operations Team instead of having individuals users develop and maintain their own improvements.
  • The dashboard provides pertinent information on savings, ticket reductions, effectiveness, and alert coverage.
  • ignio has had a positive impact on our organization by saving 7,000+ hours within Operations and automatically resolving 84% of our service requests.
  • ignio has increased our alert coverage by over 60%.
The team has been very responsive to inquiries and effective in implementing solutions.

Overall, I found the tool provided many solutions out of the box allowing for a quick implementation of use cases.
