Overall Satisfaction with ignio AIOps

ignio AI-Ops is currently being used by the technology department. It has been very helpful in improving our ticket quality, removing noise tickets, and automating our batch management process.
  • Easy to use
  • Great support from ignio team.
  • Very powerful product that fits right in with our enterprise software.
  • Could use a few more parsers for different data feeds like CA7 data. But, I think they are working on this. It can handle most data.
  • Very positive, removed thousands of tickets from our environment.
  • Very positive, automated many of our critical batch processes.
The ignio team that helps us is very good and knowledgeable.

Very usable. An easy interface to navigate.
This is a great product and, if used properly, it can automate many tasks in an IT Operations Department. It is easy to use, use-friendly, and nice to look at, which is very important if you are using the app all day.
