Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform
Our talent acquisition team is using these Indeed hiring events to find talent in the medicare sales arena. The goal is to filter through candidates using questions to make sure candidates meet our basic requirements before speaking to them. Once they meet those requirements and join the interview room, we are searching for top talent to bring on at GoHealth.
- Attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain user friendly schedule.
- More specific "knockout" questions before allowing candidates in - maybe that is on our end though...
- Candidates had trouble getting their resume to load.
- The interview experience was great - these candidates were prepared because they had selected their preferred time slot.
