We use the Indeed Hiring Platform for virtual hiring events. We spotlight some of our main job openings in an effort to connect with a high volume of candidates interested in working with us that we may not have reached before.
- Easy sign up for attendees
- Simple for users to join interview rooms or go on breaks
- Announcements for candidates is easy to use and helpful
- Reports after events with candidate resume and contact information is great
- Notes section during interviews needs to remain open after interview finishes
- Notes section needs to be able to be exported as word doc or pdf
- When selecting jobs to promote for an event, there needs to be a way to make it more specific besides just saying in the description the location
- Set up of hiring event can be tedious and not very user friendly
- Improved interview experience - quick video call with recruiters was loved by candidates
- Increased candidates for open positions during low applicant pool
