Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform
Allows my team to conduct virtual Interviews for hard-to-fill positions as we currently are only doing phone interviews for interviews outside of the Indeed Hiring Platform.
Pros
- Ease of use for candidate
- Functionality for recruiters and hiring managers to pick candidates who are waiting
- Video quality is great
Cons
- Easier way to access the number of registrants for each event
- Better way to enter your Management Platform
- Access to additional candidates that we may not have had previously
- Ability to target candidates for hard to fill roles
- Ability to have a waiting room for large-scale events in case we fall behind on interviews
- Definitely and improved interview experience over phone interviews
We are currently implementing VidCruiter. Their ability to customize for our business is why we are implementing this product.
