Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I currently use Indeed Hiring Platforms to recruit potential candidates. I use it to have talent apply, to source potential talent, and to have communication with talent. Problems that I see within the product are difficulty posting and removing requisitions. Additionally, sometimes my Indeed messages do not get sent to me, so I do not have timely communication with talent. Lastly, the views when sourcing potential talent are limited and make functioning difficult.

Indeed Hiring Platform is fantastic at bringing a wide array of candidates throughout the state to apply for a position. Indeed Hiring Platform struggles at finding candidates for more niche positions. I have an easy job finding candidates for my Medical Assistant positions; however, a much more difficult time finding Therapists.
