Overall Satisfaction with Infor CloudSuite ERP

I am responsible for TPS and standard costs, so I am usually using menus like item master, item warehouse connection, facility connection, price lists, alloy surcharge, FX rates, product costing display, purchase agreement, customer and supplier master, periods. I also use menus related to General Ledger and accounts set up.

Pros

  • most of the time it is working smoothly
  • the interface is easily usable, logical
  • the start menu is customizable

Cons

  • it would be nice if in some cases the view of the menu would be customizable
  • I can't answer this question
For me, it was also easy and logical to use.
it is more transparent and easier to use with more functions.

I am using Infor CloudSuite ERP M3 since I've been working here. When I started as a Financial Accountant, I booked a lot of journal vouchers and bank transactions manually, and all worked fine. Being a Controller I was mainly using the GL related menus and they were also totally okay. In my current position I use totally different functions but all are working okay, so I could not say a situation in my experience where there were problems with Infor CloudSuite ERP M3. IT problems happen of course, but in my experience it is rare and M3 team are usually solves it soon.
