Effective but Old School
Overall Satisfaction with Infor CloudSuite ERP
Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) is used for order tracking, parts/inventory tracking, personnel pay rates in relation to job cost, and all accounting for the company.
Pros
- Logging work data per job order
- Generating reports by job order or department and company
Cons
- Trying to locate forms that you haven't used before is not very user friendly
- overall view and navigation is very old style and could use an update
- Reports are built in and not very customizable, could also use an easy report reference guide.
- system makes it easy for us to generate quotes with accurate production costs to customers
- Has made tracking of accounting easier
Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) is equivalent to ADP, as the system is old style with poor navigation to where you need to go. But just like ADP is effective at the data management they have to handle. Paylocity is more user friendly and easy navigation but has quirks and runs into coding issues alot.

2 - We have an IT Team of 2 that manage and update the systems. We have been a small company but have expanded in the last 2 years, I am sure our IT team will be growing soon.
- Production Management
- Product Cost Management
- Inventory Management
- Unfortunately I am in a role that is not involved in the improvement of this particular system or process so I do not have an answer for this one.
- Unknown I think we are utilizing it very well currently
Evaluating Infor CloudSuite ERP and Competitors
- Scalability
This company has been in the process of growing since it started and they wanted a system that could grow with them. We have looked at other systems, and almost implemented another system but leadership was not happy with features of the other one so we stayed with Infor.
Ensure that required needs of my leadership team is able to be met by the system they are interested in moving to before making a move.
