Overall Satisfaction with Informatica Cloud

Informatica Cloud is being used as the primary data extract transform and loading software so we can pull data and analyze insights from our digital transformation efforts serving small to mid-sized firms in bringing the power of digital platforms to their businesses. It is helping solve the problem of getting data and making it actionable by non-technical users.

Informatica has a user interface that is very compelling but has support for other systems that more modern tools do not.
I've never had trouble getting into contact with Informatica's support for technical help. I give it a nine because it does pretty well for mid to enterprise-scale workflows.

Informatica Cloud is relatively older software but it works well for mid to large-sized enterprise scenarios well for where the requirements are solidly defined. I think we wouldn't use this for an earlier stage company as there are other solutions out there.
