Overall Satisfaction with Informatica Integration Cloud

Informatica Integration Cloud is being used by my department, which currently processes 100K of data each day. Data is sent to our employees, which helps us to solve customer problems.

Pros

  • Bulk API is very fast
  • Smart lookup to relate reference records

Cons

  • More descriptive errors
  • Seamless integration
I liked the UI features of Informatica better.
They were prompt in responding to our queries.
