Overall Satisfaction with Informatica Cloud

Its being used to transfer data & keep it up to date from SAP to Salesforce for our Sales Reps to make and maintain sales.

Pros

  • Transfer data between system, volumes are not the issue
  • Keeps different system in sync to support sales

Cons

  • Fredlier front end, with more click and drag functionalities
  • Keeps data up to date, which provides accurate data to sales reps which in return help in sales
I lot more friendlier interface.
The few times I used, the response was okay, in few cases had to resolve myself due to slow response.
