Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ
We leverage Infosec IQ as our Annual Security Training platform. We select from the large library of content that InfoSec produces, create a plan, and deploy it to all of our client's employees each year. The platform also allows us to send test phishing emails to their employees and report back to them on individuals who may need more training or guidance to avoid future security situations.
Pros
- Set it and forget it: Multiple recurring options for campaigns to run automatically.
- Program assistance: The team at InfoSec creates content intended to meet annual training needs and produces how-to and promotional content to help guide resellers in packaging and deploying.
- Integrates with O365 and can deploy a button to minimize false alarms from employees when they accurately identify training spam.
Cons
- Reporting/Visuals: This JUST had a recent improvement release that I have not had a chance to review thoroughly. But historically these were difficult to navigate understand for our end users.
- Integrations: As a managed service provider we need to be able to more easily export the data (en masse) so that we can integrate the content with other platforms for both alerting and reporting purposes.
- Automation: The ability to configure our clients for content across an entire year is crucial as we do not have the hands necessary to be constantly adding new code[s].
- Global templates: This lets us get a new client set up more rapidly.
- AD/Azure integrations help keep new and exited employees up to speed.
- When we were threatened with a major price hike, we were able to transition to Infosec IQ at our current cost despite being a new account and the delta cost difference being high.
- Allowing our larger clients to access and administrate themselves cuts down on requests.
- The Outlook plug-in minimizes tickets asking our technicians 'is this spam?'
Cost-to-feature, Infosec [IQ] beats all of these and is the primary reason we went with them. Some do not have all the same features, ALL were significantly more expensive. Some were certainly prettier or offered a unique aspect but none were justifiable by comparison.
