Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ
We are currently using two features: the redfish to report possible phishing attacks, and the training program. It is being used by our entire organization. It addresses our cybersecurity training needs and concerns about employees clicking on potentially dangerous links.
- Onboarding
- Troubleshooting rollout
- Clear and short training videos
- The phishing reporting add-on does not work in the light version of OWA.
- We could use a good way to help our users believe the emails that ask them to do the training are not actually spam or phishing attempts.
- Cybersecurity training in small bites
- Ability to report phishing
- Phishing simulations
- [In my opinion at the moment, it is] too soon to tell.
- We are currently at 24% [that] fell for a simulated phishing attack. We look forward to that going down after more training.
Infosec [IQ] was easier to work with and easier to implement.
