We use Infosec IQ to make employees aware of phishing and other security-related news. infosec is used very often. Every new joiner gets an account at infosec. the business problem is that users are not aware of the risks, that’s why we train them
- Different video materials to explain employees about phishing
- A good and clear dashboard for admins
- For questions we can always contact infosec, and they help us very well!
- I have seen that materials can’t be downloaded, this could be helpful
- Deliver videos in different languages
- Add an rewarding program
- Our employees are aware of phishing that is over biggest positive impact
- Different countries within the company are aware now about security
- Training the users about security is finished within no time. In this way the employees do not have to take off to train!
