Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

The product is fine with a wish for a content refresh to happen more often. A few end users have had challenges with some of the responses being considered "tricky".

It works very good for our company because it is easy to maintain and easy to keep track of people who followed the trainings. We can add and remove people very easily and can keep track of the trainings. Because of this, we are able to chase users that did not follow their training yet and can make sure the company is aware of security risks.

Web-based training platform that allows access from anywhere with internet. Training content, courses, and assessments are very user friendly and do not require any technical knowledge. Many of the training courses have light humorous themes, cartoons, and animations making the training less boring and more interesting. Much of the training and phishing simulations require user intervention, keeping you engaged and actively using your skills.

The recent changes to the admin interface have made it better to navigate and get things setup. There are still instances where we need to resend a user training reminder and that portion could be easier to get to, but all things considered the admin interface is not bad. The user interface is pretty straight forward and provides all the training material and recommendations right at login.

There are a few customizations we would like to be able to do to some of the landing pages for our staff. We require specific wording around the concept of "training" so as to avoid issues with staff looking for time off to complete "training" and "courses"

As the administrator, the software is very easy to use. Help topics are provided within the software if you get stuck. Setting up a ticket is easy and response is quick from tech support.

Have found it to be quite user-friendly. Users do not have issues that they report on. The administrative side has been fairly straightforward, although I wish we could 'hound' users more about completing their training. The phishing simulation has probably been the best tool to evaluate the skills of users, and they take it quite well when they get 'caught'.

There is definitely a learning curve to their toolset. As a result of the extensive number of tools available to you, there is a lot to learn. It does become intuitive after several uses but it definitely can seem like an undertaking. Their support makes up for the confusion that can occur when utilizing their systems.

As an administrator, ease of use was critical in both accounts set up and end-users. I did not have unlimited time to set up the account for all the users I required. I found this operation to be quick and simple. Users reported that the modules were informative and easy to navigate.

If you can use a web page you can use InfoSec IQ software. Even during the initial setup, the software guides you through the process of integrating with your existing systems and then runs checks to make sure you did it correctly.
