- I like that the platform is flexible, and I can change dates, modify past entries, have a wide variety of reports.
- I also like that I can set pop-up reminders or not for my tasks.
- I also enjoy the "click" to go the website feature.
- Help requests have pretty promptly been answered.
- The thing that needs to be improved is that tasks currently are displayed automatically in reverse chronological order by date only, not time of day too. I often have frequent touch points with my contacts. I would like to see these in the correct order.
- Should allow you to upload a photo for contacts. I don't think this is currently an option, but I may be wrong.
- I would like to see the ability to change the time out options. I think the default is one hour.
It works for our company and we have a lot of leads populated in the system. Also, it's convenient to see the emails a lead has received from our company mailing, directly from the contact view.
