Overall Satisfaction

  • I like that the platform is flexible, and I can change dates, modify past entries, have a wide variety of reports.
  • I also like that I can set pop-up reminders or not for my tasks.
  • I also enjoy the "click" to go the website feature.
  • Help requests have pretty promptly been answered.
  • The thing that needs to be improved is that tasks currently are displayed automatically in reverse chronological order by date only, not time of day too. I often have frequent touch points with my contacts. I would like to see these in the correct order.
  • Should allow you to upload a photo for contacts. I don't think this is currently an option, but I may be wrong.
  • I would like to see the ability to change the time out options. I think the default is one hour.
  • I've been able to keep track of a wide number of active leads.
It works for our company and we have a lot of leads populated in the system. Also, it's convenient to see the emails a lead has received from our company mailing, directly from the contact view.
Definitely get some training and make sure your permissions are set to the most inclusive they can be with the organization during original set up of your account. When permission levels are changed after the account is set up, some permissions seem to change.
