The thing that needs to be improved is that tasks currently are displayed automatically in reverse chronological order by date only, not time of day too. I often have frequent touch points with my contacts. I would like to see these in the correct order.
Should allow you to upload a photo for contacts. I don't think this is currently an option, but I may be wrong.
I would like to see the ability to change the time out options. I think the default is one hour.
Definitely get some training and make sure your permissions are set to the most inclusive they can be with the organization during original set up of your account. When permission levels are changed after the account is set up, some permissions seem to change.
