  • Excellent at managing and sorting a variety customer data fields.
  • Produces detailed KPI reports.
  • Easy to manage creative templates for non-HTML and script writers.
  • It's the best tool for a beginner. I find you have to really learn and understand the product in order to use it. It's not very intuitive. (I took advantage of the tutorials, workshops and web classes) Once you understand the product it's a powerful tool.
  • It provided an excellent ROI. Before we had no idea What our customer database really looked like. We had no data integrity no way to test KPIs. before Infusionsoft. We were able to weed out irrelevant or false leads and target our customers more effectively.
Infusion Soft is a great tool. But, I have a different employer who has created their own product. If asked I would recommend it to others.
*I would ask questions about training. In order for the product to work at it's full capacity you have to understand it. * I would ask about data management tools and how they handle technical issues. And also customer service.
