Overall Satisfaction

  • Great follow up / auto - responders - easy to set up and send template emails.
  • Good profiles for individuals - lots of ways to set tasks and reminders so that no leads fall through the cracks.
  • Load time can be frustrating.
  • It streamlined the sales process and allowed us to better track leads.
  • It was much more reliable than other CRMs I used in the past - had pretty good customer service, to boot.
I liked InfusionSoft when I used it - although I'm no longer in the position to renew this license. I think I probably would have because 1) I didn't hate Infusionsoft - it did the job I needed it to do fairly well and, 2) switching CRMs is such an involved process that you would really have to HATE a CRM to make the switch.
I have suggested Infusionsoft to multiple colleagues after using it. I also suggest ZoHo as I found them to be similarly useful for what I was doing. I always talk about the ease of setting up auto-responder emails, following up with leads, and tracking where you are in the conversion process.
