Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft by Keap
Infusionsoft was utilized along with Mailchimp for TDG's email marketing efforts during my tenure with the organization. Infusionsoft was specifically used to create automated campaigns for nurture, renewal, and newsletters.
- Great plug-ins / tie-ins for the Platform
- Extremely easy-to-use UX for template and automation creation
- Great direct and 3rd party support resources available due to the popularity of the platform
- Pricier compared to other platforms
- Can be complex to handle as campaigns become more developed
- Limited by the modular email template builder
- Easy to train others - Less time to on board new team members
- As an email marketing platform, this generated a lot of ROI (roughly 40:1)
Infusionsoft was one of the most popular marketing automation platforms, however we did need to supplement it with Mailchimp in an effort to send one-off marketing campaign sends.
