Overall Satisfaction with Ingenico ePayments

We were looking for a tool to help us getting our ecommerce payments in. We wanted a platform that would allow us to handle our own risk assessment and needed a regional payment platform to process payments in different currencies. We endded up implementing Ingenico ePayments in 14 ecommerce websites in central america.

Thye are kinda like the bigger company of the one we talked to with the most robust network and the biggest employee count. They were that "oil tanker" in the industry. With that we had a lof of features, but also it felt like they were not on the cutting edge of features in technology.

This company has the biggest number of payment terminals in the world, so we went with them because it must have the most data available. And the tool does the work very well, it just feels a bit outdated or not on the cutting edge side but really works for what you need it to do. We had some hiccups in setting the rules up and the integration, might not be the simplest one to do but in the end the integration worked well.
