Overall Satisfaction with Innotas

The organization is interested in developing an Enterprise PMO, beginning with the IT department. Previously, the organization did not even know which projects they were running, how much they were spending, what benefits they were getting, how long things were taking -- or if they even were aligned with the strategy of the organization. In short, they were running blind.
  • Good for doing the basics.
  • Follows PMBOK well
  • Better at planning portfolios than in execution of projects
  • Interface. outdated. Also opens a new window for everything
  • No peer-to-peer, social networking functionality
  • inconclusive so far.
AtTask is a better SaaS solution. At the end of the day its about execution and AtTask facilitates that better. It is also a more intuitive product with a better interface.
More suited if you want to set up a portfolio and don't need the day-to-day project management capabilities.

Using Innotas

I find user adoption low because the interface and flow is confusing.

Innotas Reliability

interface and response is sluggish
