Overall Satisfaction with Innotas
Innotas was primarily used at my previous company for project management. It was used for tracking hours, attaching files, managing tasks, creating visibility to managers on project status, financial projections, time frames etc. However, at the time of my departure from the company, the software was being utilized to track employee work distribution to evaluate where focus has shifted, which was when the company decided to use the product across the entire IT department, not just for project managers.
- Exportation of reports and data
- Managing tasks is easy and efficient
- Has appealing design aesthetics
- Freedom for more administrative power.
- More awareness of the Innotas message board. It was really helpful when I was working with the tool.
- Might try to adopt some things Salesforce has going on. Their ap is really nice.
- Projects were canceled or greenflagged based on the information tracked within Innotas. Had effects of at least 6 figures of returns because of the software.
Salesforce and Innotas are somewhat similar, but there is a distinct difference. Saleforce's chatter feature is extremely helpful.
