Our biggest complaint though is that, in my opinion, the user interface is very outdated and extremely difficult to use.
To be fair, we were not using the POE model that they offer but were using the self guided option.
In my opinion, the ease of use offered by basic industry names like Gusto and OnPay far outweighs any benefits you receive from using Insperity Workforce Optimization.

- In my opinion, user Interface is terrible
- In my experience, HR "Team" very rarely answers the phone numbers that you are given
- I think it is very expensive for what is offered
- Payroll
- Made the Payroll process more difficult than cheaper options
