Overall Satisfaction with Intellum
Intellum is an easy-to-use, easy-to-implement learning management system that connected to our website and helped us offer a more "university-like" content marketing experience. It was used by the marketing department at WordStream to deliver high quality video and e-learning tools at no cost to our website visitors. The email addresses that we had captured were higher-quality leads for our SaaS tools, given that they had self-identified as wanting to learn more about online advertising, the arena in which our company competes.
Pros
- Easy to implement into existing website architecture.
- Intuitive user experience in both the back-end (internal users) and front-end (external customers).
- Excellent customer success team.
Cons
- There's no missing functionality that I could point to.
- Using Intellum was a great way to continue moving leads down the sales funnel, qualifying them and putting them into the consideration phase.
- Leads that completed our online course were far more likely to convert into customers.
We used Lessonly internally, but we felt it was a far more complex system and beyond the scope of what we were looking for. The simplicity and ease-of-use made Intellum the right choice for us at the time.
Our customer success rep (A____a C___________e) is always just an email or a phone call away. She understood our business and our use case and worked diligently to ensure that we were getting the most out of the software.
