Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Enterprise Suite

We have used Intuit Enterprise Suite in our organization to integrate multiple tasks in one useful tool, such as running payroll, paying vendors and other bills, employee onboarding, tracking employee times and projects, ran A/R, allow employees to view their benefits in one place and make changes to their plans, and marketing tools with AI capability.

I really enjoyed using this product and it was great having all the tools we needed in one place. I thought that employees would hate the time tracking capability, but they actually appreciated it. In the nonprofit industry, it is important to track time spent on projects for grants and this tool allows our staff to do this with little to no effort.
Intuit Enterprise Suite is right on track with competing products, and in some aspects are far above. The AP and AR capabilities are outstanding. The only other product that we have used that can compare with the employee onboarding, time tracking, payroll and other HR-related tasks is Gusto.

We are a small non-profit organization and this product has allowed us to save time and resources by providing a platform for new and existing employees to get their information all in one place. Paying bills and receiving revenue is easy to track in this manner and customer support has been very effective when we need them.
