Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Suite
We use iSpring Suite to build online courses having bought a new license were stuck with a trial for a while. We normally try to resolve things on our own because well... sometimes that's faster than reaching out to tech support. I was very pleasantly surprised. iSpring offered Fantastic customer service!! The tech support engineer was quick to respond to our queries and resolved the issue within record timing which is a tremendous help for people on a tight timeline.

- user friendly quiz builder
- loads of templates available to choose from
Cons
- more options on formatting backgrounds for interactions would be a welcome improvement
