Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Suite

We use iSpring to create and manage online professional certifications and provide online learning for our clients. We develop courseware and master it into compliant LMS files to use with Learndash on our web pages, and we have done so for several years now. We have certified thousands of people in our industry on this platform.

Pros

  • Ease of use in building courseware.
  • Comprehensive features for course mastering.
  • Lower cost than comparable other solutions.

Cons

  • Licensing occasionally needs help re-activating on a fresh install, but customer service handles this well.
  • We sold thousands of professional certifications over the last several years.
It is quite easy to use, stacked on top of PowerPoint, letting me easily add narration and video presentation.
iSpring was easier to use and had a lower cost.

iSpring is excellent for producing high-quality LMS-compatible files from existing PowerPoint decks - you don't have to learn a new workflow or application to use it. Content is focused around PowerPoint, so depending on what your intended courseware is made of, this may be limited in what you can produce.
