Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Suite

We are using iSpring Suite in our organization to redevelop all of our internal training & external orientations. We have now gotten very familiar with the software and have improved our courses and interactions. We no longer use just powerpoint to create boring training.

Pros

  • Interactions
  • Text to speech
  • The timing for animations and the text to speech

Cons

  • iSpring Cloud should have a trash can to recover deleted projects by accident
  • More characters for the oil industry
  • Positive Impact - better training for staff
Overall usability is great once you understand the software. We had to take a few training courses (we paid for) before we understood. As a new user, it wasn't very user friendly.
