Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Suite

I have utilized iSpring Suite to create both internal and external training courses.

Pros

  • Interactions
  • Quizes
  • Voice over

Cons

  • I would like to see more background options in the content library.
  • I also use the voice over function a lot but most of the voices sound robotic.
  • There is certainly room to upgrade the objects and Icons in the content library.
  • Creating an internal safety training.
  • Creating training courses to be uses in different states.
  • Using LMS was one of the conditions for the grant for our organization.
It is user-friendly, and you always have great customer service to support you along the way. My trainer was a great instructor who helped me understand the different capabilities of the software.
