Overall Satisfaction with Jamf Pro
Jamf is an amazing MDM which we can make sure our devices are up to date, in compliance and easily accessible to our users.
- One strength is being able to push configuration profiles quickly to make changes on the fly.
- Restrict software so that users do not download anything not yet tested and prevent reimaging of a machine.
- Self service is amazing. Providing a portal for users to install software as well as fix their own issues.
- It works well as is right now. Any new feature is welcome.
- The positive impact of having Jamf Pro is being able to fix issues before they happen or empower the user to fix their own issue. This cuts down on our staff driving out to specific locations or spending time fixing a simple fix.
