Overall Satisfaction with Jobber
Scheduling for my employees, reminders for my clients, notes for myself. The problems Jobber addresses is tracking for my employees, time clock for my employees, and reminders for my clients. I'm truly appreciative of the help Jobber offers. We have 5-7 clients that need reminders each day. I like that we can schedule the time to send the reminders and it is specific to each client's needs.
Pros
- The program and schedule is easy to use, operate, and easy to navigate
- Jobber offers the monthly fee at a very affordable price point
- Jobber makes it easy for my employees to clock in.
- Jobber makes it easy for me to adjust time and tailor each employee's Jobber experience
Cons
- I have one client who does not get Jobber's reminders and I can't figure out why
- I'd like a feature to integrate to QuickBooks Online.
- I'd like a feature to integrate with my Google Business online profile to receive positive google reviews straight from Jobber reviews
- I would say that the positive impact is helping us to be efficient and organized.
- I would say I spend about 75% less time worrying about reminders sent to clients.
- I love the ability to keep in touch with my clients as we're on our way to their homes. We use that about 20% of the time.
More expensive than Jobber and more complicated. Pretty much does the same tasks. I canceled after 2 days of HouseCall Pro and continued using Jobber. Jobber makes my life simple and I need that while running a busy cleaning company.
