Overall Satisfaction with Jolt

We use Jolt for many tasks in the restaurant. We use it to schedule weekly cleaning tasks, daily temperature checks or food and equipment checks. We use it for daily team health check-ins, to log our team members of being late or calling out sick, and so on.
  • It is a good program, multi-faceted, and can be used for many things.
  • It is easy to use once you get used to it.
  • It seems easy to use now, but in the beginning I did not find the program very user friendly
  • When creating new lists or editing an existing one, unless you are VERY proficient in JOLT, I found this very difficult, again the user friendly part. It just seems that the programmers are not thinking about this for a novice, only very eloquent pros
  • Even now after I have created and edited lists it still seems difficult at times to navigate. Too many steps where the programmers think that the user 'should already know' how to do these steps.
  • I suggest better tutorials or just ones that are easier to understand, I watched the same one like 10 times before I could understand where/what to click on.
I have only had one interaction with them, and it was fine
Again, maybe it is just me, but I do not find it VERY user friendly. It takes some familiarity to achieve any tasks in programming items specific to your own needs.
