Overall Satisfaction with Joule
Our organisation handles multiple products and components and all data related to suppliers information,component master data ,invoice data etc are stored across SAP hana and becomes hard to track down any data without processing large amounts of data lying in the SAP database . Joule acts like a conversational layer to query any important information by just providing the required search question in natural language and Joule instanly fetches the data and displays relevant data in the form of processed tables and text relevant to the question in the chatbot interface integrated with Hana
Pros
- Joule has a neat chatbot Assistant which is directly integrated within SAP Hana cloud interface and is visible as a chat icon widget
Cons
- Only availble on the cloud versions of SAP Hana
- Joule currently cannot be directly integrated with Datatables in Hana ,Tables need to be converted to calculation view and an published as an api and then linked to Joule which is a bit long process.
- Joule has the potnetial to save a lot of time that was earlier spent in extracting data from UNDERLYING SAP hanabases by connecting to business intelligence tools like Power BI .Now SAP Hana dbs can be readily connected to Joule and data can be queries out by just giving a natural language query of the requirement and realtime data from the databases can be instanteously accessed
