Overall Satisfaction with Joule
Joule is launched as a pilot project within the Human Resources domain for around 200 managers and employees in different orgs like HR, Tech, and Finance. We explored all the pre-defined use cases offered by the Joule with Successfactors, whichever is applicable for our company. These use cases are standard use cases limited to navigation and actionable use cases. Primarily, we are exploring Joule as a chatbot or copilot for new employees who do not know much about the system, and the ease of taking action for managers.
Pros
- Spot awards creation.
- Quick navigation to submodules.
- Assisting new hires to check their Onboarding Checklist and guide them.
Cons
- Compensation insights - The insights are not great and it changes every time you run.
- Random errors that pops up during conversation.
- Workflow approval is cumbersome; instead, one can go and approve without Joule.
- Promising but unquantified - We are in the early stages of adoption, it is too early to calculate a hard financial ROI.
- Joule sometimes struggles with highly specific, custom business logic unique to our organization, limiting its utility to standard processes only.
- Joule agents sound promising, which gives the ability to create your own agents.
