- Proposal based on the known capabilities

- Sometimes the responses are hallucinated and not appropriate
- Not all related SAP notes are identifiable
- Inappropriate KBB documents are sent as response
- Faster guide to solution capability
- Some sample code generation is faster
- Quicker answers than searching on google
- ChatGPT and Google Gemini
Joule has better understanding of the business context and has access to SAP's internal resources to give a more appropriate answer in context of SAP
