Great addition to SuccessFactors
Overall Satisfaction with Joule
We activate and extend Joule and Business AI for our customers. It basically provides a ChatGPT like interface for the whole suite of SuccessFactors, simplifying adoption and a new UI. It also can be a difference when supporting employees payroll, with self service functionalities such as explain my payslip or compensation insights during the pay by perfomance processes.

- Analitycs and reporting, asking questions that can be solved by a graph or data comparison
- Complex questions that mixes data of multiple areas
- Voice recognition, would be great to add
- Image recognition and enhancement of existing documents with corporate real data

- Reinforces multi channel access to the application
- Increased efectiveness
Joule is based in CoPilot for some functionalitiws and gives a good performance
