Joule is effective for large organisation as the investment is big.
As Joule is only targeted within SAP, hence it’s reach and utility is limited at the age of many new age Ai tools and solutions
Organisation who are using SAP products majorly, can get the maximum benefits using Joule
The licensing is very complicated to understand.
